F2 customers can keep their numbers! Here is information about requesting to move your phone number from your old phone company (Qwest, AT&T, Verizon), to F2 Incorporated. We can not port cellular or pager phone numbers.

Required Documentation
You will need to prepare a Letter of Authorization (LOA), sign it and upload it. A template document is attached, below on this page. You will also need to upload a copy of a recent bill. The bill should include your name/Company name, address, and the phone number(s) you intend to port.

How much does it cost
There is a one time charge of $25 per port request.

How long does it take
The current order interval is 15 business days.
