In general F2's VOIP services can be installed and configured by a novice, you may want to use the SIP team for on site, hands on support, or to handle technical issues you might need help with. For example, installing and configuring a new network router or as part of a T1/PRI turnup. As part of ordering new phone service at F2, you can also prepare for an hour of onsite service, in the Portland area here.

The Sjobeck team's normal rates are $125/hour with a one hour minimum. All time is billed in 15 minute increments. New customers will need an approved credit account or be pre-paid for services to be scheduled. All servivces are scheduled on a first come first served basis.
