F2 services are designed for end users, to be installed and configured without assistance. We also offer no charge (free) support for our services as described here.

If you require additional support or consulting, we are happy to offer VOIP professional services. Charges are per hour, with a one hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments. New customers must have a pre-approved credit account or be pre-paid to schedule services. Here are some examples of the type of professional services we offer:
